Phase 3 homes are now available and most are move in-ready! Amongst the new homes are the next two D and D1 plans. These plan types in previous phases have all sold well in advance of completion. At 1513 square feet and with a 550 square foot sundeck, the D Plan is the largest home at Dwell and features a side entry directly from Ambrosi Road. The D1 plans have been the most popular plans and feature a private back yard with direct access.
In addition to the D plans, we have four C plan types available. The different plans are a mix of two main floor layouts and two upper floor layouts. For the main floor, buyers can choose a great room with the kitchen at one end of the home or two entertaining areas with the kitchen in the middle. The upper floor options include a 2 bedroom double master or a 2 bedroom and den layout.
