Homeowner Care

Mission Group is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. When you buy a Mission Group home, you will receive the respect and attention you deserve. You can be assured you are buying a home that is carefully built and covered with the industry’s best warranty.

Homeowner Service

While the core of our dedicated customer service team consists of a Homeowner Liaison and a Manager of Customer Experience, everyone at Mission Group is expected to exceed customer expectations in every aspect of our work. Homeowner requests are all directed to the Homeowner Liaison, who insures that the concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. To request service, help or advice, simply fill in the customer request form and send it to us. Our Homeowner Liaison will contact you as soon as possible. Homeowner Orientation

Shortly before you move into your new Mission Group home, our Customer Care Representative will lead you through a detailed, room-by-room orientation. Learn about the features of your new home, any special instructions for your appliances and you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered.

During your orientation, you will also learn how the customer service request process works. As you inspect every room of your home with your Customer Care Representative any concerns will be noted. These will be addressed promptly so you can enjoy life when you move into your new home!

Homeowner Manual

Your Mission Group Homeowner’s Manual is full of comprehensive information about your new home and neighbourhood. It describes everything from colour reference numbers for your paint to appliance warranties and tips for maintenance. Your manual also provides an overview of warranty coverage and detailed information regarding Customer Service, along with service request forms.

Warranty Protection

Every new Mission Group home is protected by a comprehensive 10 year warranty provided by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada. This coverage is provided to protect your investment and to make enjoying your new home as worry free as possible.
