While the core of our dedicated customer experience team consists of a Homeowner Liaison and Managers of Customer Experience, everyone at Mission Group is expected to exceed customer expectations in every aspect of our work. Homeowner requests are all directed to our Homeowner Liaison, Teresa Sommerfeld, who will ensure that your concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.
To request service, help or advice, simply fill in the customer request form on the right and submit it. Teresa will contact you as soon as possible. For reasons other than homeowner service, please fill our and submit the Contact Us form.

Meet Your Homeowner Customer Experience Team!
Shortly before you move into your new Mission Group home, one of our Customer Experience Managers will lead you through a detailed, room-by-room orientation. You will learn about the features of your new home, any special instructions for your appliances and have your questions answered.
During your orientation you will also learn how the customer service request process works. As you inspect every room of your home with your Manager of Customer Experience, any concerns will be noted. These will be addressed promptly so you can enjoy a worry-free move in, into your new home!
Wayne has been working at Mission Group for over ten years and came to Mission Group from the automotive industry as a Production Manager with over 25 years of experience. He originally started as a Mission Group Finishing Coordinator but quickly transitioned to a more customer-related position due to his high level of energy and passion for working with people. Wayne’s favourite part about his job is seeing the excitement of homeowners when they’re moving into their new home.
Clayton is a Customer Service Representative and Finishing Coordinator. From Superintendent to owning his own custom homes building company, Clayton comes to Mission Group as a jack-of-all-trades. He oversees the finishing of our communities and homes and makes sure each new homeowner is looked after and receives an excellent home ownership experience. Clayton’s favourite part about his job is the customer service element and the supportive team he works with.
Maureen is one of Mission Group’s Customer Service Representatives and brings over 15 years of experience to her role. Maureen conducts new home orientations, walk-throughs, move-ins, key distribution and also deficiencies. She is passionate for people and has a knack for helping with the care of our communities and individual homes. Her favourite part about her job is possession day with all the homeowners’ activity and excitement for their new home.
