Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the successful candidate will manage the leasing of all commercial spaces and will execute the company’s acquisitions strategy by sourcing new opportunities and leading due diligence efforts.


• Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships within the commercial brokerage community
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with senior real estate executives and/or their tenant representation brokers
• Lease all vacant space and complete all lease renewals within assigned buildings purchased or developed
• Develop financial models and other analytical tools for lease analysis
• Write lease proposals


• Work directly with contractors, construction managers and property management to oversee the pricing and construction of all tenant improvements and building work associated with new leasing
• Assume full responsibility for the planning, implementation and accountability of activities related to the company’s acquisition strategy
• Grow, develop and maintain an existing network to support the sourcing of deals


• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA would be an asset
• 10+ years of commercial real estate experience with brokerage houses and/or private owner/operators. Experience to span various disciplines including leasing (landlord or tenant rep) and development/merchant build
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing new business and establishing a network of relationships
• Extensive due diligence and transaction experience spanning acquisitions, redevelopments and build-to-suits
• Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills
• Outstanding leadership, relationship and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a “self-starter” and work independently
