Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing timelines and execution of all marketing initiatives related to the corporate and project brands. The Marketing Coordinator will be the bridge between all team members within the marketing team.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Organize and develop process for asset development of (but not limited to) photo-shoots, videography, activations, advertising
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist in pulling data and patterns and trends from website, social media channels and advertising
  • Work within the marketing team on the execution of the corporate and project brands
  • Manage project timelines and processes
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a servant-minded, warm-hearted and forward-thinking manner.
  • Help maintain the invoice tracker, code invoices, have manager sign off, and submit on behalf of the department
  • Follow up with internal team or vendors as required to ensure invoices are paid on time and managed against budget
  • Create progress reports and anticipate upcoming project needs
  • Coordinate and implement print, email and digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and leveraging CRM  to improve marketing efforts and processes
  • Graphic design for needs that are less complicated i.e. copy changes, image updates, creating flyers, posters and signs
  • Liaise with creative companies to create marketing materials – develop from a vision and work through to completion and delivery
  • Event planning and execution for project launches and alike
  • Manage social media and online project needs as required

  • Excellent project management skills are essential
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously – calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced pre-sales environment
  • Natural leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors
  • Strong initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Constantly seeking to improve processes
  • Comfortable working with or open to learning to proficiency marketing/sales CRMs, website backend, and Google’s advertising and analytics suite
  • Post secondary education in marketing, communications or public relations
  • Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress website backend
