Highly organized with a passion for detail, Raquel enjoys coordinating every aspect of the building process with natural enthusiasm.
SENIOR SITE MANAGER
Gary lends 28 years of experience in various construction projects, guiding and mentoring from start to completion.
Having been in construction his entire adult life spanning single family, multi family and commercial developments, Ken's desire has been to bring the total plan together.
Jay supports the Site Superintendent from drywall to move-in and continues to work with the service team until the customer is happy.
Guy has worked for over 35 years in the construction industry as a labourer, carpenter, foreman, and site superintendent.
Marc has over 15 years experience in renovations, telehandler operations, First Aid, and labour.
Riley strives to create finished masterpieces that not only please the eye but also hold to the Mission Group standard.
With 25+ years of following her dreams, Rhonda's love of design, architecture, and construction shines through her work.
Janik proudly works with our construction teams to successfully manage resources and information.
Born in Germany, Danilo became a carpenter apprentice at 16. He moved to Canada with his family in 2007 and has been with Mission Group for 9 years.
With 40+ years of experience in framing and forming, Joel performs carpentry and crane work, and supervises the subtrades and first aid.
Nima's comes from an educational background in Civil Engineering and exposure to industrial and residential construction. She is always passionate about learning and gaining new experiences.
Chris, a strong team player, works alongside a very talented group and strives to make his colleagues' jobs easier.

David has 15 years experience in construction, managing various tasks from start to finish of building a community.
David is an integral part of our construction team and is involved in the construction of our communities from start to finish.

After sustaining a major back injury, Eric took his 15+ years of carpentry experience and turned his focus to Construction Safety and First Aid, attaining his CSO designation from BCIT.
With 20 years of warranty technician experience in many areas of construction, Ron provides pre-occupancy and occupancy work ensuring quality repairs.
WARRANTY SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Kevin’s 20+ years as a Red Seal Carpenter and detail to finishing work will ensure a quality finished new home for you.
With over 11 years in concrete and high-rise construction, and the son of an engineer and architect, Dan brings his expertise from Vancouver.
Family history in construction ignited Sidney's passion to pursue Interior Design and further her career with a B.Sc. in Construction Project Management.
With 20+ years experience across the Okanagan, Middle East, and Africa, Brian leads our estimation group and brings a global perspective.
